These are the approved access, support, refund and cancellation terms for AI Content Studio. Checkout is currently paused.

The Toolkit — $300 USD once

Your purchase includes the PDF Field Guide and companion files, 90 days of clarification support from purchase, and one included year of community access and shared updates.

After purchase, you receive a Whop invitation to the community. Sign in and accept it once—there is no extra checkout, card step or charge. Your included community year is 365 days from accepting the invitation. Invitation setup is being completed while checkout is paused.

You keep downloaded files and retain access to your purchased Toolkit edition after the included year. Included community access and new shared updates end when that period expires. There is no automatic paid renewal; to continue in the community, choose the separate $75/month subscription.

Clarification support

For 90 days from purchase, ask for help understanding the Toolkit and its supplied instructions. We aim to reply within two business days, Monday–Friday. This is a reply target, not a guaranteed resolution time. Personal setup, custom implementation and project follow-up follow an individually agreed service scope.

Toolkit refunds

Delivered digital materials are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds, subject to applicable consumer rights and Whop protections. Delivery and access problems are handled individually: contact support so we can review your order and the issue.

Community-only — $75 USD/month

This separate subscription provides shared discussions, tips and tool updates. It excludes paid Toolkit downloads and personal implementation.

You can cancel renewal anytime in Whop: Profile → Orders → your subscription → Cancel membership. Access continues through the period you have paid for. There are no prorated refunds for an unused part of that period except where applicable consumer rights or Whop protections require them.

Accompaniment and custom automation

Accompaniment is individually scoped at $2,000–$5,000 USD; custom automation starts at $5,000 USD. Both include the Toolkit and 12 months of community. A written proposal sets out deliverables, sessions or assistance, timing, acceptance criteria, revisions, follow-up, payment and service cancellation/refund terms before payment.

The Toolkit's digital-material refund terms do not replace service-specific terms. Hosting, API/model usage and other third-party operating costs are separate unless expressly included in your proposal. You can begin a project inquiry by email or through the website without a Whop account.
